6 months old!

I can't believe I have such a sweet baby that is now 6 months old! Wow how the time has gone by. She isn't feeling very well today so she really isn't smiling in the pictures.

So here are some new thing about Miss Callie Blue:

She is now starting to sit up on her own. She is getting stronger everyday.

She has really started liking solid foods. So far there are only two things she doesn't like, green beans and peas (just like her mama!)

She has found her feet and she loves playing with them.

She likes to sleep with the blanket over her face (again just like her mama!)

She has started to be very attached to Mommy and seems to get upset when someone else holds her.

She has found her voice and loves to "talk" and scream except when we are out in public. She seems to be quite shy.

She has the sweetest giggle! We love to make fools of ourselves just to hear her giggle. My family can vouch for that.

Bath time is her favorite time of day! No matter how grumpy she is, when she hears the water rumming she lights up and really starts to talk and jump around.

She finds Sloppy Joe to be very funny! She likes to pet him by pulling his hair and he doesn't like that very much.

Her hair seems to be coming in brown and her eyes are still blue, still waiting on those two lower front teeth.

She loves to pull everything to her mouth and suck on it.

She still loves to stand with help from Mommy and Daddy.

She has started Gymboree and seems to really enjoy the other babies.

She lights up when her daddy comes in the room.

Overall just a sweet, loveable baby that I adore!

In the picture above she seems so proud of herself that she pulled the bear over.

I am so blessed to have little girl in my life, what a blessing!!!
