Houston

We flew to Houston to spend time with Megan while she is in the hospital. One day we took a little side tour and walked to Minute Maid Park. It was so unbelievably hot and humid. Callie took a nice long nice on our walk.

Callie Blue is such a weird sleeper. She always sleeps with the blanket over her face.

One night we tried to go out to Pappadeaux but Callie Blue ended up falling apart so we had to leave. It was nice though to sit outside and enjoying a little down time.

While I stayed with Megan, my mom, Justin and Callie Blue got to ride the Metro train. We were way more excited for her than she was!

We have this list for Callie of all of the things to do. Everyone thinks I'm nuts but I just want her to be able to do it all! For me it is so nice that we can give her all of these experiences even if she isn't even one yet!

They took her to the park and let her swing and feed the ducks.

We also went to Joe's crab shack.

Again such a weird sleeper.

I got to spend some good time with Megan and I hope that we helped to get my mom settled. Megan is in the best place possible and we are so thankful for that. Justin was such a trooper and really helped out with Callie Blue so I could be at the hospital.
