Easter

We started the weekend off with a trip with Daddy to the zoo. 

One of the best parts of being a military kid is getting two Easter celebrations. We first were able to go to the squadrons Easter party with a great egg hunt! Both kids loved it! Charlie was pretty particular as to which eggs he wanted. Callie just dominated the egg hunt! She loves this part and we are still practicing here hiding and hunting eggs. 

The next weekend we got to spend Easter together as a family for the first time since 2013. Charlie helped me do some of the baking! 

Both kids loved dying the eggs. I know it doesn't show in pictures but Charlie dyed a couple of eggs too. 

 

This is what happens when you wait till late in the day to take Easter pictures. This is best I could get out of the two kids. 

 They loved their Easter baskets!  I only got video of them opening their baskets and I can't get them to upload so here is the aftermath. Callie got a baby ergo carrier to carry her baby like I carry Charlie. We now look like twins!
